What is the major difference between Airbus and Boeing aircraft design?

For someone both the design will be just an Aircraft but for me it will be a Airbus or a Boeing. Lets me tell you a small history of both the companies.
Airbus is an European company established in 18/12/1970 in France.
Boeing is an American company established in 15/7/1916 in Chicago, USA.
Their are many difference between Airbus And Boeing, so lets get with the basic knowledge of both :-{The Pic Of Airbus and Boeing are 1 and 2 respectively.}
1 :- Airbus has Round Nose , where as the Boeing has Pointed Nose.
2 :- The Corner windows of Airbus Cockpit have a cut where as the Boeing Cockpit’s are straight.V-Shape.
3 :- The Side cockpit windows of Airbus are straight where as the Boeing has a small curve.
4 :- Airbus Exhaust are circular and Boeing Exhaust sawed off.
5 :- Airbus has a joysticks to control the aircraft, And Boeing has a yokes.
6 :- The engine or the turbo fan of Airbus is under the wings. And that of Boeing its out of the wing.

Boeing and China Airlines Finalize Order for Six 777 Freighters

China Airlines finalized its agreement with Boeing [NYSE: BA] to order six 777 Freighters to modernize its cargo fleet. The carrier, which currently operates one of the world's largest 747 Freighter fleets, plans to transition to the largest and longest range twin-engine freighters in the industry as it launches operations from  Taipei  to  North America , a key market that provides higher yields for the carrier. Valued at  $2.1 billion  according to list prices, China Airlines had previously announced its intent to order up to six 777 Freighters at the Paris Air Show in June. Three of the six 777 Freighter orders were confirmed in July and posted to Boeing's Orders and Deliveries website as an unidentified customer. The remaining three will post during the next update.
